Cancellation Policy

To book a balloon arch or centerpieces for your event please call for availability and a quote. You cannot book online. You can book as early as five months in advance or in as little as two weeks if there is an available spot. Same goes for private Kid Craft Parties. Deposit must be made on the day of booking. The remaining amount will be due two weeks before your event. You may cancel two months before your event with a full refund. After two months before your event your deposit is non-refundable. These rules do not apply to our in house Arts n Craft Club. You can book your space for Kids Craft Club as early as two weeks and as late as 24 hours of the date you want as long as it is available.
